आवेदन पत्र भरने के लिए निर्देश
- कृपया ऑनलाइन आवेदन पत्र भरने से पहले निर्देशों को सावधानी से पढ़े।
- आवेदक को ब्रोशर में और वेबसाइट पर दिए गए निर्देश का सख्ती से पालन करना चहिये
- कृपया फार्म भरने से पहले स्कैन की गई तस्वीर, हस्ताक्षर, अंकपत्र और प्रमाण पत्र (यदि कोई हो) की छवि रखें
- तस्वीर के अपलोड, हस्ताक्षर, अंकपत्र और वेटेज प्रमाण पत्र (यदि कोई हो)
- आवेदक की तस्वीर , हस्ताक्षर की स्कैन की गई छवि केवल JPG, JPEG प्रारूप में होना चाहिए और छवि का आकार 100 KB से अधिक नहीं होना चाहिए।
- आवेदक की अंकपत्र की स्कैन की गई छवि केवल JPG, JPEG प्रारूप में होना चाहिए और छवि का आकार 120 KB से अधिक नहीं होना चाहिए।
- आवेदक की वेटेज प्रमाण पत्र की स्कैन की गई छवि केवल JPG, JPEG प्रारूप में होना चाहिए और छवि का आकार 120 KB से अधिक नहीं होना चाहिए।
- कृपया भविष्य के लिए इन सभी दस्तावेजों को रखे
- कंप्यूटर जनित पुष्टिकरण ऑनलाइन आवेदन पत्र के पेज
- कृपया फार्म में किसी भी संशोधन के बाद नई प्रिंटआउट ले
- आवेदक को अपने या माता-पिता के मोबाइल नंबर का ही उल्लेख करने की आवश्यकता है ,सभी जानकारी केवल पंजीकृत मोबाइल नंबर पर भेजा जाएगा
- फॉर्म में भरी सभी जानकारी (जैसे नाम /माता - पिता का नाम /कोर्स / मोबाइल नंबर / अंको का प्रतिशत आदि को सावधानी पूर्वक जाँच लें
INSTRUCTIONS AND PROCEDURES FOR ON-LINE APPLICATION FORM
- Please read the instructions and proceed carefully before you start filling the Online Application Form.
- Candidates must follow the instructions strictly as given in the Brochure and on the website.
- Please Keep the Scanned image of Photograph, Signature , Intermediate Marksheet and Weightage Certificate (If any) before Filling Online Application Form
- Uploading of Photograph, Signature , Intermediate Marksheet and Weightage Certificate (If any)
- The Scanned image of the Photograph,Signature of the candidate should be in JPG, JPEG format only and Image size should not be greater than 100 KB.
- The Scanned image of Intermediate Marksheet of the candidate should be in JPG, JPEG format and Image size should not be greater than 120KB.
- The Scanned image of Weightage Certificate of the candidate should be in JPG, JPEG format and Image size should not be greater than 120KB.
- Please keep all these documents for future reference-
- Computer Generated Confirmation Page of Online Application form
- Please take new Printout after any Modification done in the Online Application form
- The Candidate is required to mention only his/her own or parents’ Mobile Number. All information/communication will be sent on registered mobile number only.
- Carefully check all the information in the form (eg name / parent's name / course / mobile number / percentage of digits etc)
